Milwaukee Brewers – National League Central
The Milwaukee Brewers play Major League Baseball (MLB) in the National League (NL) East Division. Originally founded as the AL Seattle Pilots in 1969 the team moved to Milwaukee after just one season and became the Milwaukee Brewers. In 1998, the Brewers joined the National League. They are the only franchise to play in four divisions since divisional play began they are the only team to play in 4 divisions. Milwaukee had originally been the home of the Braves from 1953-1965. The Brewers made the World Series in 1982 but lost to the Cardinals.
The Brewers play their home games at Miller Park. Since 2001 this unique retractable roof stadium has delighted fans with it’s retro style and upscale amenities. When the Brewers homer Bernie Brewer the mascot slides into a home plate platform. Also fun is the 6th inning sausage race. Founders and Executive Suites are the tops in ballpark luxury.
