Cincinnati Reds – National League Central
The Cincinnati Reds play Major League Baseball (MLB) in the National League (NL) Central Division. They joined the National League in 1890. The Reds played from 1969 to 1993 in the NL West division before joining the Central division in 1994. They have won five World Series titles, nine NL pennants and 10 division titles. The teams of the 70’s were known as the Big Red Machine and won 6 of the divisional titles and back to back World Series in 1975 and 1976.
Home games for the Reds are played at Great American Ball Park, which opened in 2003 replacing Riverfront Stadium.
