Baylor Bears – (Big 12) Conference
The Baylor Bears play in the Football Bowl Division Subdivision (FBS) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association in the Big 12 Conference. During the 2013 football season, Baylor would claim its first Big 12 Championship following a win over the Texas Longhorns in the final regular season game and the final game played at Floyd Casey Stadium. Baylor has won over 600 games and has participated in 23 Bowls. They have produced 16 consensus All Americans many Professional players over the years.
The Baylor Bears play at McLane Stadium in Waco, TX. Opened in 2015 the stadium seats 45,000 and is one of the best venues for a football game in the Big 12 and possibly the nation. The scenic views overlooking the Brazos River, the high level of Big 12 competition, and the wonderful atmosphere that Baylor football provides ranks the game day experience as top shelf. Tailgating and “Sailgating”, as the stadium is adjacent to the Brazos River are a lot of fun. Enjoy the pregame festivities at Touchdown Ally and participate in the Bear Walk which begins there. The stadium contains 39 suites, 74 loge boxes, 1,200 outdoor club seats and fantastic views from any seat in this horseshoe shaped modern stadium.
