Miami Marlins – National League East
The Miami Marlins play Major League Baseball (MLB) in the National League (NL) East Division. The team began play in the 1993 season as the Florida Marlins. Since the 2012 season they have been called the Miami Marlins. They are one of only two MLB franchises to have never won a division title. The Marlins have made the playoffs only twice as wild cards and remarkably they won the World Series both years. They were the World Series Champs in 1997 and 2003.
Since 2012 the Marlins have played at Marlins Park in downtown Miami in the section called Little Havana. The stadium features a retractable roof and air conditioning was designed just for baseball. You can walk around the concourse and view the game from every angle. From the Budweiser pavilion in left field to the home run fish sculpture in center field to the cool bobblehead display this place is great fun. The Ricoh Diamond Club along with the Hall of Fame and Dugout Club seats are the best that Miami has to offer. The Clevelander Bar offers bikini clad waitresses, a pool and a great view. All the lower level seats are great and the Lexus seats in the 200 section offer affordable luxury option.
