The Auburn Tigers football team plays in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The Tigers have been playing college football since 1892 and the joined the SEC in 1932 as a charter member. Auburn lays claim to 5 national championships has won 12 conferences and 8 divisional championships and has had 12 undefeated seasons They have played in 41 bowl games and have won over 700 games. They have produced 29 All Americans and numerous NFL players. The top rivalry game is with Alabama with Georgia also high up on the list as the oldest deep south matchup.
The Auburn Tigers play at Pat Dye Field at Jordan-Hare Stadium. It is the nation’s 10th-largest on-campus stadium having a seating capacity of 87,451. Auburn has played home games there since 1939. Suite Level seats are located on the visitor’s side with other premium seats called scholarships seats located throughout Jordan-Hare stadium as well as the North, South, and Nelson Club.
